Preparation: Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan-assisted oven 200°C). Spread the deep-frozen hash browns over the hot baking tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15-18 min. Turn them over once or twice while baking; Frying-pan: Heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen hash browns in the pan and let them fry at medium heat until golden brown.

Production: The fresh potatoes are washed, peeled, blanched, cooled, pre-sliced, grated and mixed with the other ingredients. After shaping, the hash browns are pre-fried, shock-frozen, packaged and metal-detected.
