Ingredients: Cauliflower florets*

Storage: Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Preparation: In the pot: Place the frozen cauliflower in a pan of water with a pinch of salt and bring to boil, cooking for 7-10 minutes, according to taste. Drain and season to taste. Microwave (700 Watt capacity): Heat the frozen cauliflower in a covered microwave dish with some water approx. 9 minutes. Stir thoroughly once during this time and once again before serving. In the event of a different capacity consult the microwave manufacturer´s instructions. Season to taste.
Consistency: firm to the bite, not fibrous
