Storage: Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Preparation: In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan-assisted oven 180 °C). Spread the deep-frozen potato chips over the hot baking tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 25 min. Turn them over once or twice while baking. Deep-fryer: Preheat the fat to 175 °C. Place the deep-frozen chips in the basket and fry for about 3-4 min. until golden brown. Season to taste.
Consistency: crispy outside, tender inside
