Preparation: In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan-assisted oven 180 °C). Spread the deepfrozen potato slices over the hot baking tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 - 25 min., according to taste. Turn them over once or twice while baking. In the pan: Heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen potato slices in the pan and let them fry for 8 - 10 min. at medium heat until golden brown. Season to taste. Consult: demeter potato slices are also suitable for preparing gratins, omelettes or just for crisps.
Consistency: crispy outside, tender inside
